Let’s face it, you started reading this “about me” to see what I’m all about and I’ll get right to the point. I’m here to motivate, support, inspire and help you achieve the best version of yourself. Born in Traverse City, I've had a passion for fitness and nutrition at a very young age. Fast forward 10 years and I’ve trained and coached an array of clients, athletes, and classes. From powerlifters, bodybuilders, sport specific athletes to the beginner looking to lose the extra weight and feel confident and healthy again. As a coach, I make sure that each program and approach is tailored to each individual client. I believe that there is no “one size fits all” approach.
