This 16 week, four day split program will have you start with a accumulation phase, followed by a strength phase, and lastly a power phase. A complete checklist is also included for all your necessities on game day along with a complete guide to calculate your attempts.

BENCH PRESS PROGRAM
8 WEEKS
Blast through plateaus with this training program that is 8 weeks long, benching three times workouts per week. Easily stack this program into your current regimen. This program will have you increasing volume from week to week, ending in a short peaking phase and a max attempt in week eight.

12 WEEK PROGRAM
Building off of the novice program, the advanced program will have you lifting on a 5 day split. Volume and load intensifies as weeks progress. This 12 week program consists of three blocks: accumulation phase, followed by a strength phase, and a power phase.
